{"id":7659,"date":"2018-01-31T17:43:19","date_gmt":"2018-01-31T17:43:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/confesionario.co\/w\/vivienda-nueva-normas-proteccion\/"},"modified":"2018-01-31T17:43:19","modified_gmt":"2018-01-31T17:43:19","slug":"vivienda-nueva-normas-proteccion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/confesionario.co\/w\/vivienda-nueva-normas-proteccion\/","title":{"rendered":"As\u00ed proteger\u00e1n a compradores de vivienda"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Conozca apartes de la reglamentaci\u00f3n que establece las condiciones que deben cumplir los mecanismos que permitan amparar a los nuevos propietarios.<\/p>\n<div class=\\\"image\\\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<p>Un fuerte llamado de atenci\u00f3n hizo el ministro de Vivienda, Ciudad y Territorio, Camilo S\u00e1nchez, a los alcaldes del pa\u00eds para que, junto con sus oficinas de planeaci\u00f3n y los curadores urbanos, se comprometan a la revisi\u00f3n y supervisi\u00f3n de las construcciones en cada ciudad, evitando la ilegalidad en las mismas y protegiendo a los compradores.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e1nchez explic\u00f3 a la vez apartes del proyecto del \u00faltimo decreto de la Ley de Vivienda Segura ya se encuentra en la p\u00e1gina web de la entidad, reglamentaci\u00f3n que establece las condiciones que deben cumplir los mecanismos que permitan amparar a los compradores de vivienda en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p> Lo anterior es fundamental en caso de que se presenten amenazas de ruina por defectos en la construcci\u00f3n, en el suelo, o en los materiales, con lo cual los propietarios podr\u00e1n ser indemnizados.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLos vendedores de viviendas nuevas ubicadas en proyectos de m\u00e1s de dos mil metros cuadrados que tengan cinco o m\u00e1s unidades habitacionales, deber\u00e1n ofrecer mecanismos de amparo ante eventuales perjuicios patrimoniales.
